Coronavirus Update and Telehealth Services

The health and safety of our FetchMD customers, healthcare providers and community is our top priority, and we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. FetchMD is committed to providing fast, affordable, and convenient care in the comfort of home for your minor urgent care needs. FetchMD will begin utilizing our FetchMD telehealth video platform for ALL visits as of today in an effort to safeguard our customers and providers.

The FetchMD telehealth service is available seven days a week for $59 and can be requested through the FetchMD app.

Please have the following items handy, if available:

  • Thermometer
  • Watch to calculate your heart rate
  • Medications that you are currently taking

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Stay home when you are sick
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, including your cell phone
